If the trader wants to enjoy the benefits of VIP treatment, the minimum deposit requirement is $2,500. However, it is important to mentions that the “VIP” label is a quite misleading name, and is considering by many traders as a marketing strategy to catch new clients and huge deposits.

The purchased currency was changed from Euros to US Dollars; easyMarkets suggested that this change was a step made with the aim of made popular the forex trading into the world, but in the industry consider that was a strategy to catch more money, another marketing trick by this broker.

Tools for Trading

easyMarkets offers the MetaTrader 4 trading platform. Nevertheless, this broker does not provide any of the necessary and critical third-party add-ons that are required to better analyze and study the market behavior.

easyMarkets has addressed many of the MetaTrader 4 software shortcomings by creating a native trading platform, which is very intuitive, adjustable, professional, and good enough to trade in the forex markets.

While the user interface is modern and clean, it lacks the commonly-used automated trading and expert advisor trading functionalities. Also, introducing third-party add-ons is not allowed either.

However, even if the introductory videos are good enough, the rest of the options are quite lacking. Traders can download 9 eBooks. The Knowledge Base consists only in the FAQ section.
